Cancelation policy

Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refund is possible.

Please contact us if you want to change dates or transfer the reservation to someone else. You can change your booking date in no less than 14 days notice before your arrival date. You will get an e-voucher valid for 3 months, which can be used for your next reservation. If you change the reservation date or cancel the booking less than 14 days before your arrival date, the reservation fee is non-refundable. In this case, it’s only possible to change reservation dates if somebody else books those dates.
