By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age and you have read, understood and accepted these reservation Terms and Conditions. The booking is not valid without such confirmation.
The entire motor-yacht accommodates a maximum of four people.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. No refund is possible.
Re-booking policy: Please contact us if you want to change dates or transfer the reservation to someone else. You can change your booking date in no less than 14 days notice before your arrival date. You will get an e-voucher valid for 3 months, which can be used for your next reservation. If you change the reservation date or cancel the booking less than 14 days before your arrival date, the reservation fee is non-refundable. In this case, it’s only possible to change reservation dates if somebody else books those dates.
In case of a programming error in the online booking system, the published price for the services is unreasonably low/high considering the content of the services, we will notify you within 1 day from the booking confirmation and request payment of the full price.
By booking You agree that your data will be used for the finalization of the booking procedure under the agreement on personal data protection dated 28/09/1997.
A gift voucher. Your voucher is redeemed when booking on BARREL website using the unique code (password) on the voucher.
Stay must begin before the voucher expires. When making a booking the gift value will be deducted from the amount payable. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only. Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
Check-in: 3pm or later. Check-out: 11am
For the comfort and security of our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Do not invite your friends.
Adults only. No kids or newborns.
Pets are not allowed.
Sadly, we can’t control noise pollution in the surroundings, especially on summer weekends.
A yacht is a non-smoking area, inside and outside (outer deck), as well as candles and any source of open flame.
No commercial photoshoots and filming.
Do not put hot things directly on the table.
No fishing from our docks.
Damages. You are responsible (and will be charged) for any damages caused by you or your guests. Please leave the motor yacht as close to the way you have found it as possible. Please report damages and/or maintenance issues right away.
Do not leave an unattended heater (Webasto).
You are fully responsible for any damage and/or injury occurring as the result of staying on our property; damage and/or injury occurring as a result of the use of the facilities on the property.
Any illegal or inappropriate activity or behaviour towards other guests, the owners and the property shall be grounds for immediate termination of this agreement and guests may then be asked to immediately vacate the property. No refund is possible.
